Physical Description: Issmora Davynel is a short, petite girl. She rises only five feet tall, and is very slender. She had very long black hair that goes down below her waist. She tends to style her hair in a variety of ways, favoring more elaborate and unique styles. Her eyes are a bright green, and she has a rather straight nose that she dislikes. Her favorite colors are black and purple, but she will wear many other colors if they are cute enough. Her outfit changes based on her mood every day, and all are unique creations of her own. (Her outfit at any given time will usually be reflected in her banner.)

Personality: Issmora isn’t mean, but she does say what she feels like. She is used to people accepting anything she says as okay, and so tends to be rather blunt. She has a very cheerful personality most of the time, though she is prone to being dramatic. She also will throw fits and sulk quite a bit if things don’t go her way. Still, she is a nice person most of the time.

Family: Issmora’s family consists of her parents, her grandparents on both sides, and her great grandpa on her father’s side of the family. All of them live in the Davynel homes, and travel together to different homes based on the season. She also has a good deal of cousins, aunts, and uncles on her Mother’s side of the family that still travel around as performers.

Magical Talents: Issmora has some ability with elemental magics and spells. However, her ability was never very strong naturally, and when she realized how much work it would be to improve it, she just never bothered with it more.

Weapons and Talents: Issmora does have several daggers that she keeps in a chest with her clothing, and she will wear whatever one matches her outfit if she feels it is needed and if it looks cute. However, as she has a bodyguard, she never really has needed her own weapons.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Due to her constantly changing interests, Issmora knows quite a few skills, though she is not very good with many of them. She also knows quite a few random facts due to how much time she spends reading.

As for weaknesses, Issmora is very Germ phobic. She does not like touching strangers, and usually wears long gloves. She also absolutely detests filth, and cannot stand it when she or her clothing get filthy. Even when traveling, she always travels in carriages to avoid getting dirty. She can’t stand things being messy, and everything of hers, from her rooms at her family’s various houses to her clothing, is kept as neat and perfect as possible.

Issmora is rather spoiled, and will not always cooperate with things if they are not going the way she wants.

History: A century ago, an odd man named Daniel Davynel packed up his belongings and bought a cart and several items so that he might set out on the life of a merchant. At the same time, A rebellious girl named Isabel Song ran away from home and joined a group of traveling entertainers, becoming their best fortune teller. These events had nothing to do with each other until almost 80 years later when Isabel and Daniel’s great, great, great, great grandchildren met.

Esmeralda Song and Jared Davynel fell madly in love upon meeting, and after a whirlwind of a romance, they ended up married. By this time, the Davynel family owned a very successful Merchant’s Buisness, with Merchant caravans that went all over Hyrule and Termina, and a large fleet of river ships too. Esmeralda and her entire family, meanwhile still travelled as a group of entertainers, with Esmeralda being the best tumbler of the group, and a decent palm reader to boot. Their love was an unexpected one, but perhaps that made it the best sort. Their love gave them the very best gift they could have ever wanted: A lovely, talented daughter.

Or so Issmora was often told when growing up. Really, she had been told many such things. From the moment she had been born, the sole child of the richest merchants in Hyrule and Termina had been greatly treasured. She was provided with everything she desired, and as a child was outright fawned over.

Perhaps it was because Issmora had everything, but she never could stay interested in one thing for long. Her dreams and interests changed faster than the seasons. When she was eight, she decided she wanted to know music. The best tutors were hired for her, the halls of their biggest hyrule home were filled with screeching notes and painful noise as Issmora tried to learn. Then that became dull to her, and when her family headed for their favorite home in Termina, Issmora left her music behind.

The same fate met her goal of being an actor at the age of nine. Her desire to be an acrobat, and later urge to learn how to ski while at the family’s Snowhead home were also equally fleeting. For about a year while 11, Issmora did take an interest in learning how her father ran the business. However, log books were much less exciting than she had expected, and that too was abandoned.

When Issmora was 13 years old, she decided that she was going to be a great warrior. She learned the art of sword fighting for about two months, until she realized that no matter how good she got, she was always going to keep getting sweaty and gross. She then switched to archery, which, with it’s many lovely bow designs, had potential to hold her interest for a good deal longer.

However, half a year later she learned that she had the ability to use Magic. Archery was dropped in favor of cute wands dreamed up by her, and she plowed into learning how to use her magic. However, she really didn’t need wands with the sort of Magic she could do, and learning to make her bit of power good for anything was a lot of effort. Her interest in that soon wore thin too.

She did begin to learn palm reading for a short while after that. However, she never was as good at it as her mother, and it couldn’t tell her whether she would ever get a prince charming or not, so Issmora abandoned that as well. Countless other things also met the same fate over the years, from learning to dance, to the local boys around her homes who were just so dull and simply couldn’t kiss well.

Really, there are only two things that ever held Issmora’s interest for long. The first was clothing. Perhaps influenced by the attire of her performer side of the family, Issmora found from a young age that she simply adored unique and cute clothing. As a child she would mix and match her clothing. As a young teen with access to some of the world’s best cloth, she would create her own attire. Cute, frilly, adorable things were perfect in her eyes. Her parents thought her wild fashion sense was adorable, and just another brilliant aspect of their daughter, and so they happily encouraged it.

The other thing Issmora found to be to her liking was reading. She could lose herself in a good book. She read everything, from the silly marketplace romance novels to the great adventures penned by folk with no end to their imaginations. She was always asking her father to find and buy her more books, and most her homes in Hyrule and Termina had grand libraries.

It was reading that made her realize what she had to do to stop being so bored by everything. She was going on about why she couldn’t figure out the reason behind everything being so dull lately, when her maid suggested that perhaps she needed a bit of fresh air. Then it hit her. Of course! In every good adventure novel she read, the hero was always bored with life. It wasn’t until he went on some grand adventure that he found his place in life. So she needed to go on an adventure.

Issmora was quick to inform her parents of this, and for her 15th birthday they bought her a new carriage. She was given a new servant to take care of everything from the horses and carriage, to her luggage, and one of the best family gaurds was promoted to being Issmora’s bodyguard. She also received a whole load of new clothe, which she and her made set about turning into grand new outfits for her, and simpler uniforms for her servants so that the color scheme of their clothing would always match hers. Now, just barely 15, she is ready to head out and find her adventure.
