[Kiroku]

As some of you may have noticed, things have shifted somewhat in the staff structure here. New additions, new positions, and losing people. I just wanted to take a moment to outline the new staff structure for you all for clarity and transparency's sake. If we can avoid jiggery pokery and confusion, it'd probably be for the best.

So, at the top of the ladder are still the administrators, which now is currently only myself. Below that are the Head Scribes, these guys are in charge of most of the daily running of the site, and making sure everything gets done that needs to. There will be two of these at all times, and right now the positions are filled by Richard Brandstone and Satsuriku. If I'm not around and you have a site specific question, these are your go to guys. Below them are the scribes. They cover the basic moderation purposes for the site, as well as help out and manage wherever they're needed. Right now those positions are filled by Skylar Jade, Leonardo Riley, and Reeves.

In much more specific roles, we have Judges and Trainers. These guys either work with the Battle System, or with helping new members acclimate to the site. The rest of the moderation team is expected to be able to help out with these roles as necessary. These positions will be much more free floating than the rest of the staff, as the responsibilities generally are much reduced.

As a final note, this is only the current status of the staff, and is subject to change. Obviously there's been some issues and they will not be discussed in this thread. Those interested can PM me, and I'll fill you in on what I feel is appropriate. In the next few weeks there may be some more changes to the staff roster, but as nothing has been fully hammered out I can't give any further details. Rest assured, we're working on getting things hammered back out as quickly as possible and we'll update everyone as we're able.
