Chat: So no matter what, the chat apparently has issues for those attempting to interface with it directly through the site. The amazing part about this chat is that it is not directly hosted on our server space nor is it dependent on coding set up on the site. Even if the site were to die, we would still be able to access it. Meaning, there are alternate ways to get in. I'm going to list some of these alternate ways here in case you're having issues we can't fix, or if you want to keep a backup incase the something ever happens to the site.

Options!: You have them! Here are some of them.

Browser Option 1: Rizon Chat Services
Compatibility: Universal
How to:

• Go to This link here and fill in the information like this
  
• Nickname: whatever you want
  
• Channels: #RoH
  
• Auth & Password: Leave blank if your account isn't registered. If it is, change it to nickserv and type in your irc account password (NOT your forum pass)
  
• Hit Connect! Your done!

Browser Option 2:
There's options like Chatzilla (Firefox plugin) and mibbit, but I'm not used to them so more on these options later, or members can feel free to submit their own part here.

Browser-less Option: mIRC
Compatibility: Windows ONLY
How to:

• Go to here and download the software.
  
• Install the software (It is perfectly fine, I've used it for over three years w/ no issues. I know other members of RoH use it as well)
  
• Once installed, go to Tool --> Options
  
• Set up your desired nickname
  
• Then go to Connect --> Servers and find Rizon.net. Double click, then select the option "Random Server"
  
• Go back to Connect and select the "connect" option.
  
• Type /join #RoH
  
• Voila

Mobile Option 1: AndroIRC
Compatibility: Android OS Only
How to:

• Go to the Android App Market, and find this app, the free version is all you need.
  
• Download and install it.
  
• When prompted to select server, you're going to have to scroll to the bottom and manually add the server. Server info is irc.rizon.net (port doesn't matter, but I use ports 6998-7001 cuz they seem to be pretty universally open.
  
• Channel, #RoH
  
• Connect, voila!

Mobile Option 2: MyIRC
Compatibility: iPhone
How to:

• You can find it in the App Store. Install it, it's free!
  
• Rizon is already one of the available server options at startup. You can specify your nickname in there.
  
• In the Chats tab, add #RoH
  
• Tadaa!

Mobile Option 3: Colloquy
Compatibility: iPhone
How to:

• You can find it in the App Store. It costs a couple bucks, but it's a lot better than the free MyIRC.
  
• You need to specify the server you want the first time you sign in - Rizon is in the list of suggested servers.
  
• In the Colloquies tab, add #RoH
  
• You're done!
