Johnathan's excitement had peaked. All he had to do now was to seal the deal. Looking at his crossbow and then looking at the women with their request for him to stay ahead or beside, he simply said, "A fair enough request. I'll walk along side you two, for the same reasons you don't want me behind you." Johnathan let himself drop from the roof he had dangled his feet off and landed with grace on the ground. He walked to the exit of the alleyway and waited for the two to meet him there. Once they were together, he walked at their sides and led the way to the tavern he had pointed out. (To the Dirty Flagon we go.) Johnathan also chose this as their meeting place because it was his temporary home. It was a habit of his to make camp in a city at an inn for a week or two and then move on with his things. He was glad that this time he hadn't chose to stay at the tavern that was currently on fire. He had too many valuable possessions that he didn't want on fire. With a grin, they walked towards the Dirty Flagon...
