Once alone with the doctor, Tiketh sighed and asked, "This isn't going to take long is it? Is it going to hurt a lot?" He wouldn't say he couldn't handle pain, but he wouldn't say either that he enjoyed it or liked dealing with it if he didn't need to. The unfortunate thing was that he needed to deal with this while he was able to and it wasn't going to kill him. Yet. "I'm going to.. be okay, right?" "I haven't even looked at you yet. But I'd like to now. Let me see how bad it is." Right. There was no reason to be a big baby. He just had to get it done and over with and he'd be fine. Off went the coat and shirt as he got himself comfortable for the doctor. Clenching his teeth, he waited impatiently as the surgeon took a look at his wounds and gave his most professional opinion. "You don't need to worry about a thing. I'll get these all cleaned up and fixed and you'll be good as new." He patted the Hylian's shoulder a little harder than he liked. "I'm an expert at this sort of thing. There shouldn't even be big scars." Well that was nice to know. Tiketh was happy for that news. He had no idea how long he had been sitting there while nearly every inch of his back was inspected and picked and prodded at, the deepest and least healed gashes cleaned and scraped and stitched back together. If he had been feeling one hundred percent before, he was now feeling lousy again, pretty sure he had begun bleeding once or twice. Still, he gritted his teeth and refused to cry out at any time. "Finished." Thank the goddesses. That was the one word he had been most desperate to hear and it was the release from this torment . Hallelujah! "You should be good to go. Just try and take it easy from here on out. Tell me.. how did this happen?" "A goddess damned statue tried to attack me and exploded!" Tiketh spat, letting his temper get the best of him for one moment. "A statue?" "A living statue. An.. An Armos." "I see. No idea where you found a thing like that, but you should probably steer clear from here on out?" When the doctor had gone, Tiketh sighed, "Oh believe me. I will. I'm never going back there again." Putting his clothes back together, he stepped out of the room as well and made his way down to the common room to await Keaton's return. Maybe he would get something to eat while he waited.
